Venture North, as the Destination Management Organisation for tourism in Caithness and Sutherland and supported by core funding provided by our partners HIE, DSRL and other funders, was tasked to lead the development and delivery of the Tourism Destination Recovery Strategy in 2021.
Tourism Destination Recovery Strategy
Venture North was established in 2013 as a cooperative body of tourism businesses and entrepreneurs to help increase the tourism to the area.
Strategic geographical location of the area to the market
Highlands and Islands Enterprise. Any company investing in any venture will of course make the case to their relative companies and establish the businesses in the area.
CNSRP activity ensures they get all the help they need to make this a reality.
